:hugs: Big hugs darl:hugs:
Its great that the councillor has given you this help but you must speak to your mum. Please I'm sure she would want to help. You may find it easier if the councillor calls.
yeah i would talk to your mum too hun. its for the best, do u have a good relationship with your mum?
depression for anyone is hard, and you are still young.
i hope u get the help you need. or continue seeing your school counciller for someone neutral to talk to.
good luck :hugs:
Hugs... I think you should tell your mum too if you have a good relationship with her and she will understand...
I think you may need more than jut the school counsellor though..
I hope you get all the love and support you need to have around you right now..
Depression is not always a bad thing..
I'm suffering it myself, and seeing a gp on a regular basis.. :hugs: :hugs: :hugs: :hugs:
Having depression isn't that bad! It's leaving it and not treating it that can make it worse though.
If you are close to your mum then talk to her. If not, then is there anyone else you are close to? Talking is one of the best things for depression!
If you ever need to talk about it, you can ALWAYS PM me!
thanks for your replies everyone i havent figured out wat i am going to do in fact not even close . but i will have to try and be positive even though that is the furtherest thing from my mind right now.
i was diagnosed with depression when i was 15. if you need to talk PM me and or my email addy is on my zoints profile. :hugs:
first things, you should talk to your mother about it and seondly, you should see your GP or local doctor so they can assess you and guide you on what you need to do..
if its left untreated, it can be very dangerous..
