Sept '06 Bubs, how are you going???

I am sorry but its hard for me to keep up with the chit chat thread every day.

I was just wondering how all the bubs are doing?

Are any:
Rolling back to tummy?
Rolling tummy to back?
Sitting on thier own?
Crawling? (heaven forbid!)
Teeth?

How much are they eating and what?

Damien is rolling both ways, no teeth yet, trys to sit himself but gets distracted:rolleyes: . He eats 3 meals a day around 1 cup each meal...Hows spencer going?

We are rolling from back to tummy. Tries to sit by himself but keeps falling! hehe

Wants to crawl, he gets onto his tummy and tries to scoot around and gets frustrated when he can't.

Spencer never liked being on his tummy before now so he doesn't roll from tummy to back yet.

No teeth (thank goodness as he bites the boobie!)

He eats three meals a day about 110g each sitting :) Hates mummy's food but loves the tinned stuff (I think its because its more smooth, will try him on homemade again when he is ready for a bit more chunks. We only just started solids.

Abbie is rolling both ways, sitting up on her own (with pillows around her - don't quite trust her yet!), has just started getting up on hands & knees and rocking but hasn't worked out how to crawl yet, although she crawls around in circles on her tummy.

No teeth or sign of them yet (not looking forward to it either!).

She has 3 little meals a day. She will eat pureed fruit that I make but, like Spencer, so far the only vegies I can get her to eat are commercially prepared. She loves yoghurt and weetbix (not together!).

Rylan has been rolling every which way since 14 weeks. He loves sleeping on his tummy. He's not sitting properly just yet (not far off tho). Not crawling yet and no teeth yet either - tho I wish they would make an apperance as he has been showing teething signs for a while now! He doesn't sleep through the night yet either but has a regular bed time routine and naps well during the day. He is still breast fed and usually just has the one meal a day (mid morning). He weighs just over 8 kg - little porker!

Rolling back to tummy? ~ yep...loves to get around the room quickly..
Rolling tummy to back? ~ As above, yep..
Sitting on thier own? ~ Jack has been sitting up for quite a while now, also sat himself up 4 days ago...but not again since then though...
Crawling? (heaven forbid!) ~ trying, he does his spiderman impressions & also rocks back and forth on his hands and knees..yesterday he frog hopped forwards...usually slides backwards around the place at the moment..
Teeth? ~ NOOOOOO, thank goodness.He already chomps wayy too hard..

Lachlan can roll from tummy to back, he can nearly sit, he has 2 bottom teeth and he also eats 2-3 meals a day. I've never tried him with the canned/jarred food so he eats my cooking. He has just started to make a winging noise LOL and loves to try and get his hands on anything you touch when he is on my hip or in the baby bjorn.

Sitting on thier own? ~ Here and there its not perfect yet!

Crawling? (heaven forbid!) ~ backwards lol he is rocking forwards on hands and knee's so Im guessing it wont be more than a couple of weeks away

Teeth? ~ I can see little points here and there but nothing major yet. Def teething though, chewing on everything and the poo's ewwwwwwwwwwwww :barf:

DD is rolling tummy to back and back to tummy , sits but have to keep an eye on her cause she still topples over sometimes , With crawling .. almost I think she's up on hands and knees rocking -moving legs but can't get hands going so she leaps ,She gets everything she wants though !
She has 2 bottom teeth and eats 2 solid meals a day and rusks for a snack .
Have any babies said their first words yet ?
Lil one makes sounds like bababa and dadada but thats about it - I think their just sounds thou cause she babbles like that all day .

Rolling back to tummy? ~ sure is - constantly.
Rolling tummy to back? ~ As above, yep..
Sitting on thier own? ~ Bella sits with Pillows around her and occasionally on her own.
Crawling? (heaven forbid!) ~ well i call it caterpillar crawling she gets on her hands and knees then leans down and forward onto her chest and continues from there. She gets everywhere tho cos she has mastered the caterpillar crawl
Teeth? ~ :D on their way unfortunately.
She eats 2 lots of farex a day at 10 and 4. They are about 3-4 tablespoons. She now weight 7.4kg
