Any suggestions of fun books for a 10mth old?
My bub adores the ones with the finger puppets in the middle of them, and family photo albums.
He has his own family photo book.... it's perfect.

Elizabeth's particular favourites were lift-the-flap books - especially "hide and seek farm" and "hide and seek pets" because mummy and daddy make the animal noises when the hidden animals are revealed!
She also loves the Anne Geddes books - just loves looking at other babies.
I found the cardboard books to be the best - she just destroys any books with paper pages - oh, and the cardboard is good to chew!

Angelo loves big fat cardboard books he can hold himself. Especially ones that have colours like I page is all red stuff and the next page is all green!
I like the "That's not my ...(train/monster/dinosaur/kitty/dog etc)" series. They've got different textures on each page for little fingers to explore and a little white mouse on each page to find. They're also cardboard so pretty much indestructible (except for the bath  )
Cheers
My DS loves the cheap puppet books I bought from Woolworths.
One is called Honeytime with Winnie the Pooh and the other is called Farmyard Friends.
Definitely one of my more successful investments. :)

Hiya :) Christopher's favourite book to be read to him is "dinosaur Rumpus" written by Giles Andreae and Davis Wojtowycz. Mind you he can't read it by himself but if you read it to your little one, you must do it with a rythmn :) Best book out there and it is part of about 7 in the series I think.
Enjoy :)

My DS loves the flap books and the musical books and anything with textures that he can touch.

I've just discovered the ABC board books that only have pics (no words) - they are just great. Also they're only $5 which is even better!! There are different ones in the series - families, colours, shapes etc and they have such cute simple pictures.
