Hi all,
I am also new to the forum.I have just found out that I am pregnant with number 3. Dute Date is 9/08.06.
I am alittle nervous however with going through labour again, even though i have gone through it twice.
Do other women feel the same the way?
thanks
Terrie

Congrats....
Yes I know how you feel... I'm due for no.2 in just over 2 weeks & I'm beginning to feel VERY nervous about labour!!! I think it's because I know exactly what to expect this time round...
With no.1 I was more excited than nervous coz I didn't have a clue how painful it really is.... this time I do
I'm sure we'll be fine. Millions of women have done it before us  . It only last for 1 day anyhow. .. well thats what i keep telling myself anyhow!! LOL :o
Good luck
congratuations!!!
LOL - I think it is perfectly normal- I know that my SIL was very excited with her second... until she started to REALLY show... and she looked down and realised that there was going to be another labour!!! :D isn't it funny how our brains react!!!
her second labour was fair easier... but she found it was more stressful leading up to it??!! I guess she knew what to expect???

Hi Terrie,
I can't help you with your labour nervousness, as I'm expecting my first baby, HOWEVER, just wanted to tell you that your baby is due on my birthday, not that you know me or anything, but I got a quick out of reading your due date nonetheless! Another little Leo in the world, and my EDD is 22nd August, meaning I too will be having a little 'LEO' baby! I'm a Leo, my Dad's a Leo and so is my sister! All the best, happy new year for 2006, Uniquey:)

It is absolutely normal to feel nervous about every labor. But once your into the swing of it, its all good.
I still look at birth video's and go OMG I'M GUNNA DO THAT AGAIN, and sometimes yeah it freaks me out, then i put them away, dont watch them again and wait for my turn to come, and go with it.
Its easy to say dont fear it, when you do, just trust that your body can do it, you can do it and it will turn out wonderful.
