Imagine times when you've felt anxious/over excited and you def don't feel like eating so might be a case of this.
Kids do go through phases of not eating much.
Allow her to help pack her lunchbox so at least she has food she might feel like eating.
Kindy & even school teachers these days will work with you if it does become a regular problem.
Try not to stress too much, if you know she's healthy and eating well at other meals hopefully it's just a phase that will pass.

I let my dd help pack her lunch and pick a few things to put in it. Carrot stick, cheese squares, plain corn chips, sultanas, yoghurt are her favs. You could also try cutting her sandwiches with a cookie cutter to make them fun looking.
Maybe even make a lunch for you too and say to her I will eat my lunch here and you eat yours at kindy and we will see if we can both eat all our lunch. (or something along these lines??)
It may just be a faze it is a big thing starting kindy, she will soon settle into a routine.
Hope all goes well.

My 4 year old son is the same. Sometimes he eats all his lunch, other days he hardly touches a thing.
I just figure, if he's hungry he'll eat, if he doesn't then he can have a big dinner.
