Well i sleep on either side, on my belly with my leg cocked up (sorry, sounds gross but cant tihnk of anyother way to describe it.) I have to have my knee right up to stop me squishing my big belly. Pretty soon the pillow will be under my knee!
And i quite often wake up on my back!
I am still waking up every 2/3 hours to pee, driving me insane:banghead:

Okay here's a ? for you..... does one leg "****" better than the other?
It works sooo much better cocking my right leg whilst on my left side, mustn't be as flexible in the left leg!!!!

sorry to butt in on your conversation about cocked legs!
i still sleep on my stomach a lot, just wondering if it is bad for the baby or you should just stop when you feel uncomfortable?? it still feels fine for me. perhaps the baby just gets cushioned between all those rolls :)

Even without being pregnant, sleeping on your stomach is generally not good for your back, and even worse when you are pregnant. That being said, I sleep on my stomach most nights, and will continue until it's too uncomforatble.....:p
Last pregnancy I found that I piled pillows up around me as I got bigger, to support oll of my 'bits'. This time I'm going to buy one of those full body pillows that you can basically tuck between your legs, position under your belly and hug.
Now, don't get me started on the uncomforatbleness (is that a word?) of the boobs......................................
I dont think sleeping on your tummy is bad for you or bub, it will eventually get uncomfortable and you won't want to.
As for boobs, no worries here, my dont grow much beyond there A cup, so cant really squash em:p

Hayles - I think the line is called the linea nigra? Or something like that!
I've always been a tummy sleeper or a left side sleeper (with a leg cocked!!), but my boobs eventually hurt too much when on my tummy so try and lie on my left side. Problem is, I always end up waking up with a sore ear. Has this ever happened to anyone else? I have no idea why but it seems like the circulation is cut off from my ear and I have to rub it to get the blood going again. Weird, it never happens when I lie on my right side but I dont find my right side as comfortable!

I got the line last pregnancy, but not yet in this one. From memory, I didn't get it until the last trimester.
Boobs - DD here........bugger them!
As for the ear - you're not the only one AngelGirl. I think that's why I tend to sleep on my tummy. I get the sore ear thing quite regularly. Glad to kow that I'm not the only spastic!
