Depends on your recipe, where you live, how thick the toffee is.
If it's not too humid, it shouldn't take too long. The more humidity in the air, the stickier it will be. It's not recommended to make toffee in the warmer parts of the year.

well i know lollies go sticky in the fridge so thats why i am thinking not but i am not sure....
off to find that other thread then going down to buy some sugar and vinegar :chef:
