Hi yes, I have just posted a similar thread hoping to hook up with any other 30+ SA mums in Sydney - near Neutral Bay etc.... My husband (39) and I (33) recently moved over from the UK, but were born and raised in CT and Durbs. We now have a little girl Olivia, aged 10 months and are hoping to expand our network of SA friends, but not sure where and how to meet likeminded SA people.

Hubby and I are originally from Durban (Westville). We are now living in Castle Hill - we moved to the area in December but have been in Sydney for nearly 7 years!

I have 2 bubs - WAIT FOR IT one is 17 months old and one is 5 months old - (Planned it that way STUPIDLY (Lol) - my sister and I are a year apart and really close so we wanted the same for our kids).

I have been here three weeks and have a 6 year old daughter. I am waiting for my 457 visa to come through and am desperate to meet mum's and make friends, especially for my daughter. A little lonely at the moment and am finding it really hard to find before and after school care that starts earlier than 7.30am. Could anyone help or recommend? We are staying in Mosman.

Hi Ladies, I am glad I found his thread. I am from the Cape, via London (11yrs), Sydney (4yrs) but have just moved to Frenchs Forest. I am still trying to find my feet (GPS working overtime). I have two boys, 2,9yrs and 1yr. I am a hairdresser and work from home, so pretty flexible for meet ups. We speak Afrikaans at home, so that would be a bonus, but not a deal breaker what so ever. This is my first post, so hope I am doing it right.
