Yesterday I brought my first 3 MCN's:smiliedance: (off a fellow bubhubber!!) Can't wait till I get them!

YAY!!! It's all underway now!! (my addiction that is:laughing: ) and my mum brought me a new sewing machine for my birthday (even though my b'day is next month!!) so I can get started now. I gave her some web site's to look up as she has never heard of MCN's!! So even MUM's getting excited about it all!!

So I got out a heap of old terrie flats last night(that I NEVER used) and tried the wee weka pattern last night. I even made it with a flip out booster!! (just need to get to spotlight for elastic and hook and loop) then it's on the net for proper supplies!!:D

This is so exciting!!! I used to snoop around the MCN threads, but all ways thought it would be too hard to do!!!

Now all I have to do is convince my sister to use MCN's (due in 4 weeks) she thinks there too 'hippy' because of hemp and bamboo and wool soakers...she uses for her DD (and will for the next one)terrie flats with chux liners and plastic pants:barf:

Well at least she is open to cloth at all, don't worry, once she sees your stash of MCN your sister will be asking you to make her bub some too! :yes:

I'm exactly the same ......... but I'm not a sewer, so Mum's making mine right now! : :smiliedance:

I can't believe how excited I am about it ... in fact OBSESSED is probably a better word LOL. Wait till you start scanning the on-line fabric stores several times per day in case they've added new stock :o :laughing:

I feel the same:D I went beserk in spotlight yesterday...so next week is my internet spending spree!!:laughing:

I'm now off to wash my microfleece so I can make liners!!!
