When did U stop br/feeding??

Hi all,

Just hoping some other mums can share at what age they stopped br/feeding their bubs...

How long is too long?
My DD is 11 mths and I am unsure really when to stop offering the booby!lol.

Hi,
We stopped at 12 months. To be honest he'd had enough and so had I.
He just didn't want it anymore.
Very sad time, my little man was growing up. LOL :(
It is up to you when you want to stop, there's no limit, just what you guys are comfortable with.

15 months was the longest I went. but only because she decided she didn't want it anymore :( some people feed for 4 years or more :eek:

we stopped at 11.5 months. i really wanted to continue with a morning and night feed, but had substituted day time feeds with a bottle (easier while away from her) and she decided one day that she much prefered the bottle to my boob and wouldn't have a bar of it. I was very sad :( hope to feed the next one for 15-18 months if s/he'll let me!

Millar is still going strong at 18 months...no end in sight at all which is fine...I'll let him decide. I dont think there's any "too long"...it's whatever you feel comfortable with:)
