Hi Everyone,
I want to make a quiche but I only have a red onion or spring onions. Can I use either for the quiche or does it have to be brown onion? if so which one would be better?.

I use Spring Onion in my quiche all the time. The wonder of quiche is that pretty much anything goes (except perhaps chocolate;) )
Go for it.
Either one would be delish!!! Much yummier than brown:yes: Use both:D

Yep I always just use whatever I have on hand, its great for using up bits and pieces.:thumbsup:
