Not sure which version but there is a recipe in there (or part of a recipe) for green spinach wraps/tortillia's which I'm after.
If you find it can you give me the recipe?

Hi, yep I have this book, I am at work at the moment though, I will check tonight and post the recipe for you tomorrow, hope that's not too late!

I've got one too, the one with vol au vents on the cover, published in 1992. I just had a look through it and couldn't see anything resembling tortillas though.... have you had a look at AWW receipe search (http://aww.ninemsn.com.au/recipesearch.aspx)?

Ok I've just spoken to my mother and she says that they are called Spinach & Pimento crepes.

Got it!
SPINACH AND PIMIENTO CREPE ROLLETTES (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v228/perrinfamily/spinachpimientocreperollettes-1.jpg)
3/4 cup plain flour
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1 tablespoon oil
2/3 cup milk
250g packet frozen spinach, thawed
FILLING
2/3 cup sour cream
2 x 200g cans pimientos, drained, chopped
2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
Sift flour into bowl, gradually stir in the eggs, oil and milk. Beat until smooth. Squeeze excess moisture from spinach, stir spinach into batter.
Pour 2 to 3 tablespoons of batter into heated greased heavy based crepe pan, cook until lightly browned underneath, turn crepe, cook until lightly browned underneath. Roll crepe while hot, cool. Repeat with remaining batter.
Unroll crepes, spread evenly with filling, roll up. Cut rolls into 2cm slices; cover, refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
FILLING: Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Makes about 55
- Recipe can be made day ahead.
- Storage: covered in refrigerator
- Freeze: Unfilled crepes suitable
- Microwave: unsuitable

glad you have got the recipe as I couldn't find anything like it in the version I had at home either!
