If I have home-made, uncooked lasagne in the freezer, do I have to thaw it prior to cooking or can I cook it from frozen?
What will give me a better result?
And for how long do I cook it and what temp?

It's best thawed as you would have to cook the frozen for a lot longer, drying out the upper layers of pasta in the process. I'm assuming the meat saucei s pre-cooked?? If so, usually 20mins on 200 degrees is OK and the cheese topping (if you have it) has browned.
Lucky thing! I loooooooove Lasagne!!

Just pop a knife in the centre after 15 minutes and if it comes out cold keep cooking for a further 5 to 10 and test again. You usually only need enough time to cook the pasta and melt the cheese.
