No I do not know any remedies, sorry. But I do know that constipation is a sign of pregnancy. That doesnt really help but just thought I would mention it. Whenever I have constipation I just drink a big glass of milk, does the trick every time but I doubt that would work for everybody.

Nothing wrong with eating lots of prunes or dates, or try mixing prune juice with apple juice. Fine when you're pregnant!! Also you could try the fruit block fibre stuff... Can't remember what it is called, but it's a box with fruit on it in the laxative part of the supermarket. It's made with just fruit like prunes and dates- fibre will help with the constipation. You could also try some natural fibre like Psyillium (how do you spell it?) husks from supermarket or chemist too, they are all natural and won't affect bubs or your chances of conceiving.

I agree with Amber on the prune juice and fibre. Also lots of water and exercise gets things going again. :)

Hi babe
I had the Nulax when pg last time, and it made me have the runs really badly - scared the sh!t out of me! You should give Metamucil a go (or something similar...there are a few different brands) It's a natural fibre powder & very safe throughout pg (I've worked in hospital pharmacy for years)
Good luck hun :hugs: :fingerscrossed:
