omg only 6 days to go, so much to organise still!!

The colour theme is pink purple and silver and we've got everything to match that from cutlery and plates, tablecloths and decorations :D

We have about 80 coming now and still could have more ARGH! We just picked up a big marquee for the backyard... I'm sooo praying the weather is decent!!

Just had to share my excitement :D YAYYYY :D

Yeah i cant wait cause df's sister is also coming she lives a fair way away and were all getting excited.

We've got some interstate guests coming too, only 4 to the engagement party.

The wedding will be an amazing catch up as we've got ppl flying in from overseas as well as interstates! :D

Im so excited for you both! :D

I would have loved a proper engagement party, but we moved the wedding forward a WHOLE YEAR, so we had a "meet the families" BBQ 3 weeks before the wedding instead.


We only decided to move it forward a month b4 it happened so our engagment party turned into a "no presents, just meet the family" type thing. Still hectic feeding 100 people thoughh! lol

wowww a year sooner!! How long did you have to plan it all then??

Our engagement party is sooo close now! I'm getting through the cleaning... slowly... and cooking lol :D

Well.. when we first decided to get married I got overly excited and planned it all.. haha got all my stuff.. suits.. dresses.. etc etc..

We figured, it was all ready,. why not just change the date! So we did!

if I hadnt changed the date, I still wouldnt be married lol

The engagement party was LAST NIGHT and it was fantastic!! We had about 70 adults and 15 children and everyone had a ball or so I'm told hehe :D

We had a lovelyyy black forest cake for our engagement cake that my mum made and so much other food!

We got absolutely spoilt ROTTEN with around $2000 in cash and vouchers + a tonne of presents! :o

Everyone is VERY excited for us and can't wait for the wedding :D Only 5 months to go!!
