I feel really awful as I am the biggest animal lover but....
In November I bought a Guinea Pig (Sam) as I wanted a bit of companionship but only have a tiny courtyard/grass area so could not get a big animal.
The previous GP's i have had have been really friendly and love to be held but Sam is really fiesty and scratches and wriggles and really isnt very friendly at all. Due to being busy with work and tafe etc and Sam being unfriendly i have neglected Sam and his needs (of course i feed him).
Unfortunately I have come to the conclusion that i can't keep him and he deserves to be loved and well looked after....this has made me very upset!
Now my dilemma......wat do I do?
Its been 3 months since I got him from the pet shop.....do you think if i call them and let them know that he is not friendly and my situation that they will take him back or do I give him to the RSPCA? (does anyone know the process involved?) I would love to find him a great home but being very unfriendly i think its going to be hard!
Im stressing about the whole thing and I dont know what to do?! And to make matters worse I am going on holidays on Friday and wont be back til the following Sunday and I just dont know what to do?!!
