Can you help us to become parents?

We really need an earth angel to give us the precious gift of her eggs. I am 44 and my partner is 42. For the last 5 years, we have been on this incredible quest to have our own child. Previous IVF attempts have failed due to issues on both sides, and we must now use donor eggs. Although we have suffered much heartache and sorrow on the way, we are just so sure we will be parents some day soon. We just know there is somone out there that will help us - is it you or someone you know?

We are both good people with big loving hearts, just waiting to give all our love to our child. I know I'll be a good mum and my partner will just be the best dad in the world given half a chance!

We live in Sydney. I gave up a professional tax career two years ago as I couldn't cope with the stress of back to back IVF's. I am much
happier now, and my job is to get pregnant! I am normal height and weight, blond hair, blue eyes, northern Italian/English/German descent. Lived most of my young adult life in the UK, and now am a proud Aussie citizen. My partner was born in the UK but is also and Aussie now. He is tall, dark and handsome!

Hi jo-anne, thanks so much for your support. I have just read your story and I my heart breaks - so many of us suffering such heartache, its tough. I hope you find your donor too, you deserve to be a family with, the cat too of course ! I have 2 cats and a dog. I will keep you in my daily prayers - those angels are listening:angel: i just know they are. We just have to be strong and NOT GIVE UP!

you mention that both you and your partner has problems have you considered embryo donation, my dh also had problems and we looked into adoption and that had many hurdles and then we found out about donor embryos. We were lucky that our clinic was able to help and I'm very happily pregnant expecting twins - as I said these are embryos that were no longer needed after an IVF family had completed their family, they have NO genetic link with either me or my dh.

Hi Leisurly, thanks so much for your information. I just didnt think there were any around, huge wait list?. I am having a meeting with my IVF doc on Tuesday and will find out. I think it wouldnt be allowed at my IVF as I must know my donor but there are other clinics right?

Did you have to wait long - where did you go for your donor embryos ifyou can share that, or even genera location if not.

:wave: again gabriella :yes: that is a good :idea: donor embryos we asked our clinic about that and there was a long waitting list to

hon we have found our :angel: we had we have had to cycle the fisrt transfer just before christmas and it was a bio pgs and the other was A FET cycle in jan it was BFN and now we are on the surrogate mum journey on monday we had our first appointment with the counseller in march we have appointment with a lawyer and the last counselling session and then 1 month cooling of period and then we can start lovely can have the transfer done as we still have 2 embryos left in the freezer jojo
