Hey Alicia I have a Ellybaby soaker same size, and the leg measurements are really good sizing on Rhianna- no problems over her chubba bubba thighs lol :D

Just run the tape around the leg hole. Also do they stretch far? :D

Yep it needs a cover, but that said Shannon (the maker) puts her son in them for 4hrs without a cover... I've PM'ed you with the info.
