I was googling herbal remedy for endometriosis and this info from Womens Health Victoria came up.
After having endometriosis being cut out last year I want to find ways to stop it coming back. thought other bubhubians may like to read it, page 9-11 Diet, Herbs & Exercise.

wow thanks sooo much for posting this! I was on herbal and flower essenses tonic for four months from a wonderful natuapath in nsw, but we moved to vic so i ran out of tonic and couldn't see her anymore. Three weeks later we were pregnant unfortunately we m/c but i really believe these natural remedies did it for us! I have had two laps in five years and am not willing to have another. I have been told my tubes are blocked and have minor pockets of endo. My period pain is starting to become unbarrable again so I called my natuapath from nsw the other day and yay she is going to send me the tonics :yelclap: and phone consultate me I am soo releived. Just don't know why i didn't think of this before!! I was too scared to go in search for one down her cause when you have someone you are really happy with its really hard to find someone to replace them ( If you know what i mean).
I say go for it bobby!
If you don't mind me asking, Have you been pregnant before?

Hi Ziggyzena, I have a 17 year old and easily conceived.
DH & I have been trying on and off for about 8 years but 4 years seriously when we realised it was not going to be easy second time around.
What else did you consultant tell you to do? Did she say anything about what foods not to eat. That website both said definately no dairy. Now I didnt know that one and love my cheese and put it on everything. bummer.

I started "eat right for your blood type" just after xmas and i told her and she said that is fantastic and will really help with the tonics. Have you heard of the "eat right for your blood type"?

just go to the library or a book store they will have it, but make sure you read it from start to finish before you decide to start it. maybe you should try and find a natuapath and have a consultation..good luck bobby:hugs:
