How do you know when you O?

Ok, silly Q, I know :o but am just wondering how y'all know when your going to O? DH & I are TTC again but I am completely ignorant of these things so any advice would be handy:yes:

lol your not stupid

there are a few things, you can start charting your temp, when you get a temp spike thats usually when your ovulating

you can check your CM, when its like egg white (clear and slippery and stretchy) your ovulating

you can to the OPK's, i've never used them so don't know how they work

umm if you check out fertility friend, sorry can't remember how the website goes now, but that will help you out a bit,
