has anyone out there dealt with Glen Huntly Baby Carriages in Victoria. we purchased an Adventure Buggy Company stroller and have has several problems with it but they refuse to refund our money. We have taken it back and had it replaced once, but have recently had the same problem again but they will only offer to repair it

It's shocking hey, bet you payed top dollar for the pram too! And what are you meant to do inbetween while it is being repaired?

I had this problem with a mothercraft or steelcraft winnie the pooh classic pram I bought 2 years ago!! Brake wouldn't work and they STILL refused to refund, obviously our babies safety comes second best!! :mad:
