Well girls, DH got the go ahead with the contract in Queensland :)
His boss told him he already had the job before the interview, lol.
We will be moving to Brisbane in the first week of January, I am so scared, yet very excited at the same time.
After many hours of research, PM's and chats we have decided on ferny Hills/Arana Hills area. These are very similar areas to where we are living now.
I hope spoken with schools for our 5 year old and also have numbers for Kindergartens for our almost 4 year old. This is what I am most nervous about. My boys being in not only a new house, suburb, state but also a new school!
Both boys had already had orientation for schools and kinder down here, but I am sure they will be fine.
I have also spoken with Royal Women's Hospital and once I have a house I am to call them to book me into the Phoenix or Pegasus team.
For now we have lots to do around our house to get it ready to be rented out. I am so nervous about it, even though the real estate we are going through is fantastic.
I'm mostly worried as this is not an investment property, this is our home and we will be coming back to it. I have put a lot of effort into the renovations so far, and I hope so much we get respectful tennants who look after it well.
Sorry for waffling on, I'm just such a mix of emotions!!
I will let you know more details when I do!
Thank-you all again for your advice and help, it is extremely appreciated :)
