How much longer...?

Hi Girls

Well today it has been 6 weeks since my m/c. I am feeling sad but mostly I am feeling so frustrated and impatient. I was one day off 8 weeks pregnant and I had to have a D&C same day they found no heartbeat.

My FS told me that it would be between 2 to 6 weeks before AF came back. I was hoping it would be 4 weeks at the most but of course nothing ever turns out as ya plan eh! Anyways it has now been 6 weeks and no sign of AF. I have done HPT's as I have been BDing but they are all neg.

I was just wandering if anybody can tell me how long it took for their AF to come back after D&C as I am wandering if there is something wrong with me....

Oh yeah and I dont know if it is relevant or not but I also have PCOS. Could that be why its taking so long...?

Hey Pebbles - I think you should make another appointment with your dr or fs. Just to put your mind at rest and clear up any questions/fears you have. I can't imagine waiting 6 weeks- here's another :hugs: .

I had my D and C on the 6th of jan and got mine yesterday.I was told it can take up to 8 weeks.It felt like forever.

Hi girls.

Well I made appointment with Doc for 23rd (thats the first available appointment with him :rolleyes: ). So by the time I got to that it would have been over 7 weeks since m/c. If I still havent got it by then I will see what Doc reckons but from sounds of things its not that uncommon to not get AF back after 6 weeks.
