Hi ,

i just want to know is there any problem if i excersice while i am in TTC . I started it from last month and i think that could be the reason for my late AF.

Three years back i had to go for an abortion because my career was more important that time but now when i want it , it is :no: .

i think i have waited too long to make a career and have money.

Anyways i will try to be in Lilith's thread on march:bfn: if she cont....

Please advice me .

Hi! I'm no expert but I can't imagine exercising having a negative affect on TTC unless you were overdoing it of course. It's great to be keeping your body fit and ready for a baby. All the best.

:hugs: 's Jonti. I think Excersise while TTC is a great Idea - If, like Xpectant said, you are not overdoing it.

Also :hugs: 's on your feelings about your abortion. Your not the only TTC'er who feels that way hon, and its so hard to live with those feelings sometimes. (My TTC Diary has been a godsend in getting those types of feelings out.) :hugs: 's 2 you, and Please know your not alone.

Thanks Expectant & ancious Em,

I dont know if i am overdoing it. i am doing it for 30 min only . That includes 20min of walk with gradual increase in speed and 10 min of meditation.

Anyways it dont know if this is causing a problem. but i will increase my meditation time for 20 min now since it really help me to overcome depression. thanks guys for your advise.
