I am so sick of cereal or toast for brekkie and was wondering what else there was that I could have?

I usually end up skipping breakfast as I can't face eating toast or cereal anymore, but I know that this is really bad for you to do, and I usually get hungry by 11am anyway, eat something then and then eat lunch too!!

Any suggestions? :chef:

i make these yummy toasted sngers for breakkie. You need 2 slices bread, an egg some ham or bacon and a slice of tomato. You make a hole in one of the slices of bread and plave that slice on the sanwich toaster, then crack the egg into the hole, place your meat ans tomato and the other slice of bread and toast to your liking.

I also like spinach and eggs everynow and then too. I put some spinach in some boiling water for a minute, drain then put in a microwave safe bowl and crack an egg onti it and microwave for a minute and a half. it is yummy served with a bit of salt and pepper and diced tomato.

Is Sustagen like those weetbix type drink things? Would a home-made smoothie also be filling enough for brekkie?

A salad for breakfast? Really?

Do you have anything in your omlette?

I have just found Crumpet Toast! It is soo good! You just pop it in the toaster and done. A new twist on toast but just as easy. Find it in your bread aisle!
