View Full Version : UK Shopping
Guys I am almost :o to say there has been few days where I haven't been to the shops, even window shopping is enormous fun!
Yesterday we went to Hamleys and it was as good as ever and then to the mamas and papas shop and picked out Eliza's nursery lol
Mothercare is great except they keep trying to offer me their store card at 19% NO THANKS :D
Food shopping is even cheaper here than Sydney, meat is way more expensive but overall the fruit veg and tinned stuff is much cheaper.
And the weather has been awesome in 3 weeks it has only rained 3-4 times and not all day long short bursts.
Well if any of you are coming to London lemme know so we can have a UK bubhub meet :D
and what about Monsoon, H&M and Next for kids clothes shopping. I am going back to Ireland and the UK this summer June and I am dying to raid Monsoon for my little girl.
and lets not forget the wonderful Marks and Spencers.

oooh, i love marks and sparks. next is great and baby gap isn't too bad - just not too cheap.
i'm jealous, pixie, i love london.
Actually haven't been in to Monsoon itself but window shopped and the summer range is bewdiful really cute stuff.
NEXT has some great stuff but their sizing is way off, Eliza is 10 months and is wearing stuff 18-24 months old, she is tall at 82cms and 12 kilos but still the sizing is weird.
GAP OMG the clothes in there are divine and the prices aren't tooooo bad they had a lovely valentines day outfit but of course with my daughter being a giant it didn't come in her size lol
Marks and Sparks is great bought her some slepsuits from there 9 quid for 3 and DP bought some slippers which fell apart the next day so took them back their exchange policy is fantastic.
Also they have a massive selection of freshly made lunches like seafood pasta and roast and veggies for 5 pounds and the 2nd half price they are great when you are busy!
