Hi everyone!
Just a quick question for you playgroup mum's out there. Yesterday I was at my health clinic getting Emily weighed (have FINALLY hit the 8.5kg mark!!) and I was flicking though the playgroup newsletter (which I meant to take a copy with me while I was there, but forgot! DOH!!!). Anyway, inside there is an ad for a cloth insert thing that goes in the kiddy seat of shopping trolleys. I think the ad said they were $30 (???). I would be interested to hear if anyone has one and what they think of it. Also, if anyone has the newsletter, would you mind letting me know the web site from the ad?
Thanks for your help.

Thanks for your help Kerri-Anne and Kellie. I have checked out the web site you gave me and saved it to my favourites so I don't lose it! Kellie, I live in Parkinson (south Brisbane) and have a sister-in-law who lives in Caboolture. I am trying to get up there one of these Sunday's to see her, so we might stop off at the markets at the same time and check those ones out too!!
Again, thanks for your help guys!

Hi Paula
I have the same one that the lady in Caboolture makes and sells for about $20. I got it from E-bay and it is adorable.
It is very well made and padded etc
Mickayla laughed all the way around the supermarket sitting up in the trolley.
Besides heaps of scabies etc around - I wouldn't trust the bubbie seats in the trolleys.
You can contact her on 07 5496 9784 - Her name is Carol
She is really lovely too - emailed me just to check if fires had affected us (in Murgon)

spotlight has them on sale this week $39 there are heaps of funky designs too and they also fit in the capsules on the trollys too :D
I have a clean shopper, it's great  just google for their website...i can't remember how much they cost, I've had mine for ages. It covers the whole trolley seat and handle so there's no bits exposed for bubs to suck on. The part that covers between the front of the seat and the handle creates a little tray for bubs toys and stuff to rest on so you are not constantly picking stuff up off the floor.
Hi
my mum is handy with a sewing machine, so she made ours. It's perfect and she made one for all the mums in my mums groups too. Now she makes them for anyone, she's had lots of orders. She sells them for $15... and that's at a profit for her.
Not that I'm selling them to you or anyone here, just pointing out that if you know someone who is handy at sewing, you can get them made very cheaply.

That's the one I have.
I've seen others that don't cover the whole handle and everything, but one of hte main reasons I wanted one was because DD was trying to suck on the bars and such... and this one covers everything so she can't.

I have this one as well, and love it. Very easy to clean as well, just throw in the washing machine.
