Hi, Since having DD i have put on 15kgs and i WANT it off. I hate being this big. But i have no idea about dieting or fitness programs. So please i need some help. What kind of fitness programs can i do at home?. Please any help would just be so great.

im in the same boat.. i have about 11 kilo's to get rid of after having indy.
Can u buy or rent any exercise dvd's? i have the billy blanks Tai-bo.
when no ones around i go nuts in my lounge room :D
also, Kiah has a great thread on bubhub, everyone is reporting what exercise they have been doing. they are great support in there, and maybe u might get some ideas?

also.. keep up your water intake. i know its a big thing in losing weight. im really bad for not drinking enough water, but im trying :o

Im not an expert and am trying to lose weight myself. But from what I understand, the best way to lose weight and keep it off is slowly. By eating 3 small healthy meals and 2 healthy snacks a day.
Walking is a good form of exercise. And someone mentioned a dance dvd, which sounds like fun and Im going to try!!
I'm struggling too with my weight, I have to lose 10kgs of baby weight and my ds is 2!! I'm sick of people tagging me in photos on fb were I look like a heffa! So over it, I've started using my x- trainer 10 min a day I can manage so far and I've cut all carbs, bread, pasta etc.. Oh and no sugar too :( Maybe you can try it too, hopefully it works for 1 of us!!!
Me too, I am so ashamed at how much weight I have put on...and I was big to begin with... I want to lose weight before trying for # 2 but it seems so hard. Blah just need to get off my bum I know but the day gets away fro me so fast.... :freakingout:
