Hi!

Just wondering...
My first child was born naturally, without pain relief (but thats only because I asked too late!!), and I would dearly like to have my next child naturally without pain relief too.

I have heard about the Bradley Method, but don't know where else to go for information.

We are TTC atm, so not pregnant as yet, but I would like to get informed and started on my whole pregnancy/birth journey asap!

Does anyone have any experience with this method of birthing? Do you know where I can go to get more information?

I am in SA, and unfortunately I have not been able to find any Bradley Birth Instructors/Classes here.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

I read the Bradley Method book "Husband coached childbirth" when I was pg with my first, and it does give some good facts, but the whole 'husband coached' part really stuck in my craw, and I didn't really go into it.

I think it is perhaps better to simply read widely about natural birth from any and every source you can, and gradually find things which ring true for you.

All the best.
