Isn't it amazing that eating healthy costs more than eating badly...I am currently doing the TF diet and even though the shakes are $45 for the week it is all the salad stuff that adds up not to mention meat.....so I plan to compare the diets cost wise...gonna stay on this for a while until I get rid of about 10 kilos then I am going to try Lite'n'easy because when i worked it out cost wise for what I was already spending it worked out the same and the best bit is i can eat real food :smiliedance: but I am going to stick with TF for a bit longer.....does anyone else get concerned about their partners....I know what mine is like if I dont cook a meal he either wont eat or will fill up on tea and biscuits or toast cause he doesnt like wasting so many pots and dishes that he has to wash up after...so we have made a pack that we are going bulk dinner shopping (for him that meals frozen and tinned dinners that he only needs to heat) aiming for a months worth so there is lots of variety for him.....does anyone else have this concern with their partner??? Why do I feel guilty about it???

The hormone free meat costs us a fortune and all the fish i eat. But i guess in the long run it's going to be less on medical bills (hopefully):fingerscrossed: if we stay healthy.

I just cook separate meats for the boys to me but they have to eat the same salads, veges and rice that i serve every night.

Maybe you could precook a whole bunch of pastas, stirfries etc. and freeze them i tupperware for your partner to save money? :hugs:
