Does anyone know of a recipe for homemade teething rusks that would be suitable for a 4 month old?

I use the crusts of the bread we eat.I place them in the microwave for 30seconds -1min or untill dry.Remove from the microwave and allow to go crisp and cool. For tatsy alternatives as bubs grows try pumkin bread,A smear of vegimite half way through cooking(will dry out so not messy)or melt some cheese. These worked well for us and DS loves them. They dont go too hard like the packaged ones so even a young bub can give them a good chomp.

Hey Kath.. there's a lot of different variations so here's the one i use
1cup of flour
1 cup of rice cereal (plain or flavoured)
3 Tbsp oil
Iced water
Combine flour, rice cereal and oil together then gradually add wtaer 1/4 cup at a time until dough forms a ball that starts pulling away from edges, roll it out into desired portions and thickness.. round or finger sticks. Bake in a oven at 220 for 10-12mins or until golden brown, allow to cool fully before placing in air tight container.
You could also add banana or apple puree if you like.
Hope that helps.
