Hey, whereabouts are you? I go to a couple of fantastic mums groups on the Northside...The Gap/Ferny Hills area. We are all aroun 25- 32 and the kids range form newborn to 5 (although next year the oldest will be about 3 as all the older ones are going to school.)

I have a lovely daughter named Mikayla who will be 3 next febuary& a lovely son named Bryan he will be 1 in 12 days. I have a partner Mark who helps he's parents run a banana farm near where we live. Hi Alison!

Well, the move was allright, I prepared myself mentally very well. We sent our furniture from Germany on the 7th of September. It still hasn't arrived :rolleyes: . It's more like camping here at the moment, like eating from plastic-bowl-lids and so on...! We'll have an early christmas when they arrive... :p
My partner Sebastian flew 4 weeks earlier to organise the house and a car for us, so it wasn't too chaotic!

So, let me check my time-table... well I'd be available on Thursday between 11 and 12. Just kidding... I'm a stay-at-home-mum and I have always time, apart from the days I meet someone from bubhub...! :) So, what do you think of next Tuesday? Do you want to come down to the CBD or shall I come up? Just as you like...!

Thought I'd say a quick hello. I'm also living on the northside in Wilston and am due to pop this little man out at the beginning of March sometime. Would love to keep in touch with a group of mum's who meet up regularly as I'm not from Brisbane originally and don't have alot of family here (only hubby's lot) so will be needing to get out and about once he arrives!!! :)

Hi Arna, Welcome! I live at Narangba not to sure how far away it is to your place. As I'm still getting use to living up brisbane north side too as I've moved from south side of brisbane 3 years ago and never got out much. Thats why joined up here to meet new mums. A couple of us mums are organising a girls night out on the 16/12 at breaky creek and I'm trying to organise a outing for us mums and kids too with a couple of other mums for the 12/12 at redcliffe. Be great if you could come to either.

Hi Alison,

Thanks for the invite! :) Brekky Creek really isn't that far from where I am (I'm only a stones throw from RBH and the show grounds) so I'd be keen to meet up for a girls night out (albeit a fairly sober one for me). I'm heading home to New Zealand tomorrow for a week and a bit back on the 14th of Dec so will keep in touch whilst I'm away to find out the details.

Looking forward to catching up when I get back!!!
