Burgers

Does anyone have a easy recipe to make burgers or rissoles out of beef mince?

about 500g mince, 1 small onion, fine diced, a squirt of tomato sauce, one egg and about a handful of bread crumbs (mum always used flour, but bread crumbs taste better!)

squish with your hands until well combined, shape into patties and coat with flour.

REFRIGERATE!! this is really important if you don't want them to fall apart!!

cook on a medium heat until cooked through... great on burgers or with gravy and mashed potato!!

Mince
2 egg
grated zucchini
grated carrot
chutney (mango is the best one...tastes yummo)
little bit of flour

Mix all together

[little mermaid]

Mince
Egg
bread crumbs
Abit of french onion soup mix.

You can also add some grated carrot and zuchini if you want.
