What are you making now? Do you have any preferences for different meats?

I make steak and salad almost every second night, and rissoles sometimes. I don't like stirfrys  and I try and have meat and vegetables in one way or another for DP and DSx2:yes:

I made Osso Bucco the other night for the boys and they loved it!!!
I even scooped the marrow out and mixed it in with the meat.
It's easy peasy too.

Nachos
Brown some mince, chuck in some taco seasoning (can buy in a sachet with the taco stuff) and I usually chuck in a can of red kidney beans to bulk it up even more, but it is optional. I sometimes add a can of tomatoes too.
Cook it all up, then when done, grab a dish (I use a glass one, the chips don't go soggy then) and put a layer of corn chips, a layer of the mince mix and a sprinkle of cheese. Keep doing this till filled to the top. Put it in the oven at 160-180 for 10-15 minutes. When done, serve up on plates and you can either eat it like it is, or I sometimes put shredded lettuce, carrot, fresh tomato and sour cream on top and eat it like that.
Jackpot Dinner (secret family recipe)
Brown some onion and mince. Add a tin of tomato soup, a tin of corn, a cup of macaroni (uncooked) and a cup of water. Cook it up till the macaroni starts to cook a little. Then chuck in a cup of cheese. Once the cheese is mixed through, put the mix into an oven dish and sprinkle with a little cheese over the top.
Put in the oven at 180 for 15-20 minutes.
Serve with mashed potato, and any vegies you like.
I also like to get chicken nuggets and have them with salad and I make my own chips by boiling the potatoes whole, then cutting them up into chips, covering them with garlic salt and a spray of cooking oil, then chuck into the oven until they are crunchy.
Risottos are also quick, easy and yummy.
Butter Chicken is also another favourite as it isn't a spicy curry and it tastes yummy!
