bread pudding?

I have some rolls from last week that I could use and margarine, milk, eggs, sultanas. Is that all I need? Has anyone got a good recipe?

Oh yum... I had some major pudding cravings with my last pregnancy. Had to try a different pudding every week! This is the bread and butter pudding recipe I use :)

A loaf of white bread, croissants or fruit bread
3 eggs
3 tablespoons sugar
2 cups of milk and cream mixed together in whatever ratio you like
A splash of vanilla
Add more dried fruit or spices like cinamin, nutmeg etc...

Method:
Slice the bread and remove any hard crusts. Then butter the bread.

Mix the eggs together with the sugar and milk, layer the bread in the bottom of the oven proof dish with bits of well buttered bread. Pour the liquid over the lot and pop into the oven.
Bake at 180c for 30 minutes.

I already made it:p I used very similar ingredients, just kinda guessed my way through. It turned out pretty yum, but probably could have used more egg/milk mixture.. a little dry:)
