Recipe for Pink Champagne Cocktail

Hi,
Can anyone give me a recipe for a champagne cocktail. Preferably a pink one.
Any suggestions for what to use to make it pink?
Also, can any recommend a pink champagne/sparkling wine that is nice.

You can make a pink champagne cocktail by putting a sugar cube in the glass, putting a few drops of Angostura Bitters on the cube, then filling with Champange and finishing with a halved strawberry.

The bitters give the colour.

You can frost the edge of the glass with caster sugar, too.

Domain Chandon make a great pale pink one - I think it is the Cuvee Riche.

I saw on Jamie the other night - puree some strawberries, and add to the champagne. Pour the champagne first and then top up with a bit of the strawberry.
Cockatoo Ridge is nice.
