Well, just as I was getting excited about another chance to conceive....I started light bleeding from day 12 through 15 (I usually O around day 17). Now, on day 20 I have incredible pain around my left ovary that feels remarkably like a big cyst I had on my ovary a couple of years back. I have had no thermal shift indicating that I have not ovulated.
Has anyone else experienced this?
Something I cannot find in any book or website is whether I start my new cycle from day 12 when I started bleeding, or whether that was just mid-cycle bleeding and therefore I should wait til my next bleed?
If anyone could shed any light on this I would be most grateful!
Baby Dust to all!

Melski,
Not sure if I can be of any help, but have you been diagnosed with PCOS or anything similar? If not, dont be scared...just that random mid-cycle spotting can be attributed to that. I would wait until your next bleed, if its a normal one. The other thing to consider is...is there any chance you are already pg??
Good luck! Keep us posted...

I know how anovulation feels when TTC, I dont have ANY cycles or O at all if Im not on drugs so I certainly know how dissapointing and frustrating it can be. I went for 12 months only Oing 4 times... and every time I was on fertility drugs and had a cycle that was the length of two... However I got my BFP last weekend so there is always hope!
It sounds like you are already taking your BBT... Im not sure about when you should say your cycle started from, probably the first day of that bleed, perhaps just try to BD every other day then you might be lucky to catch an egg if you do O.
Have you thought of seeing someone to look into why you are not regularly ovulating and possibly going on Clomid to regulate your Ovulation?

Thank you so much for replying and empathising.
NicoleE, CONGRATULATIONS on your long awaited BFP. I think there is a very real danger of doing your own head in when you don't ovulate (and it's only happened to me once so far lol), so I am so happy for you! Don't forget to kick back a bit.
Well despite getting absolutely no ferning on my "Maybe Baby", I had a BBT shift that would indicate on Day 19 - I am so confused!!! Is there any chance I got a faulty one? It just shows tiny "pebble" dots every single day!
All this rain puts you in the mod for BD at least!!
Baby Dust everyone!

Maybe Baby does not work for all women and I personally think it wont work if you dont have regular cycles because your hormones are all out of whack to begin with! It didnt work for me... told me I was about to Ovulate (full on ferning) and that same morning I had a BT as part of my fertility treatment which told me my hormones were all still baseline as the drugs were not working... I never used mine again
I doubt your Maybe Baby can be faulty, all it is is a magnifying glass and a light (not worth the $70 thats for sure!!)
