Ok so Boof is like his mum & adores lebanese bread who could blame him really !
Anyways he likes it dry as do i when its fresh but i want ideas of what i could put in it when rolled up !
He isnt into salads on sandwiches etc so thats out which is half the problem.
So far i spread it with vegemite or philly cream cheese but there has to be more i can offer him !!!!
So what is everyones ideas ??????

We do cream cheese and tuna (the sandwich springwater type, spreads well)
That's about all that's popular in this house atm!

You could put some pizza sauce, meat and cheese and then pop it under the griller. Makes nice pizza.

a friend in school used to give me half her lunch when at school. she usually got 2 leb bread rolls, one with nutella and one with za'atar (oregano). they both were pretty nice. but otherwise i have no idea. we hardly eat bread here anyways but leb bread is great with butter and jam....:chef:

Sounds a bit odd but its nice with corn kernals (tin or fresh), ham and cheese melted. You could also swap the corn for pineapple.

oh, put anything he eats in it babe!
Emily LOVES leb bread roll-ups! The other day she had chicken roll, lettuce and mayo, but loves vegemite on it too. I like to have boiled egg and mayo with salad or ham.
I also make pizza's out of them too, or if he likes cheese you could half melt it under the grill so the bread is still soft enough to roll... put ham, and what ever else he eats in it too!

You could make mock vegemite scrolls with them. Cheese and vegemite and either zap or put in the oven and then cut up into mini scrolls...

I agree with Lunar - Put anything he eats on it..
You could also do Empanadas - basically place cheese and whatever else he likes on one half of the bread.. fold the other half over on top and place it in a fry pan until it melts together.
I do cheese and vegemite rolls for my son and he loves them... I just spread with vegemite - sprinkle with grated cheese and roll up
