Have you guys heard about or go to the Active and Healthy LIfestyle activities at all? They have gentle exercises, kids activities and self defence classes...and they're all free. I'm thinking of heading down to the gentle exercises class on monday morning.

Hi I too have just moved to bris from down south. I have two boys one 3 and a half, the little one 12 months. Would love to meet up with someone for a chat.
