My son is 11 months old and dh forgot to tell me to get a tin of formula (i thought we had enough) and by the time i kenw the shops had shut the thing is i was wondering would it be ok to give im cows milk until the shops are open in the morning it would be 1 maybe 2 feeds. He is so close to going onto it already im just not sure.
Thanks for the help
cant tell u what to do as I dont know your bub and im not a doctor  but my DD is 11 months today and is on cows milk full time as instructed by our doctor
It has to be full fat normal milk though and make sure you give your little one lots of solids as sometime sthe change can cause bubs to become iron deficient if they arent getting enough solids
just what the doc told me

You will be fine. My ds had cows milk at aaround that age as I breast fed but sometimes he would be unsettled while out so hubby gave him a few bottles and he was fine!!

You should be fine. I would do that if I had to.

Exactly the same thing happened to us when DD was 11 months old, so we just put him onto cows milk and he was fine.
Personally, I don't think you'll have any problems.
I started introducing Cows Milk when DS was 11 months, he should be fine

Thanks for the replies i gave him a bottle and he actually drank the whole thing. He hasnt been finishing his bottles lately so i was very surprised to see him compleatly empty the bottle. With his formula he has been only having half sometimes not even that much of the bottle so most of the last 2 tins have been wasted. I might try him for the day and see how he goes if he finishes off his lunch and afternoon bottles then i may change him over fully.
