stuffed mushroom recepie need for a dinner party!

I have been nominated to do stuffed mushrooms for a dinner party...

cant have pate, goats cheese..or mice

can any one help me:confused:

I stuff mine with Butter a little diced onion and Garlic and Breadcrumbs. Yum.

You could always do a "Kilpatrick" type stuffed mushroom - chopped bacon, worcestshire sauce & put them under the grill.

I stuff mine with cream cheese and chives. Dle crumb them and deep fry. Serve with sweet chili dipping sce.

But the other 2 sound really yummy too!

I like to stuff mine with garlic, bacon and top with either creamed cheese or grated cheese and grill or bbq.... yummo.

You basically make a filling with the type of ingredients listed above, and either grill BBQ put them in the oven or crumb and deep fry them.

Just take the stalks out and stuff it in LOL

We fry up the chopped mushroom stalks with onion, garlic, pine nuts, chopped tomato, and feta or ricotta cheese, then fill mushrooms and bake in hot oven for 20 minutes. Delicious!
