Bubhub Photo Competition

I thought it might be nice to have a photography competition.

Perhaps it could work like the bubhub bakeoff - we could have a theme, submit your photo, then have a vote. The winner then picks the next theme.

Anyone keen?

Yes, that's a lovely idea too WW.

So the pictures can be of any subject that's appropriate (ie the usual no nudity etc) and relevant to the theme. The winning photo should have good composition etc. Something with some 'wow' factor. :D

OK, first theme is.....RED.(It can be anything red - flowers, kids in red clothes, a sunset, a red car etc.)
Round #1 competition open until next Wednesday 14th. (ooh valentines day)

Can anyone think of the best way to vote on the photos?

I just checked out the poll options, and I can only list 10 photos, and I think there'll be more than that. Maybe we close the competition when we have 10 entries? Or have Section A, B, C etc.....hmm, that could get complicated though.

How about submitting pics by age group if it's for bubs? If the poll can only take 10 options then close the competition when 10 pics are submitted. Those that miss out, can submit for the next competition.

Well Here is mine, I have strayed a bit from the babes, and put one in of a sunset. was taken Just down a bit from Hillarys in perth, january last year, The boat is the rottnest ferry.

Wattle ~ I think your going to get more than 10 entries...perhaps we have a shut off date then all pics are nominated to get the final 10.. then the winner from that 10 is voted on in a poll ... Nominations can be PM'd to you and one other perhaps?
