My boss is currently doing this and she's doing pretty well...

But my question is... do you get hungry??

I am interested in maybe getting the lunches and dinners, not sure...

I've been doing it for 4 days now and I'm loving it. Just the convenience of it all is great. I don't think I'm hungry as such, just missing the picking that I used to do when I was home. I used to just pick at food all day. More a habit I suppose. I really look forward to my meals now and eat them nice and slow:) I'm eating things now that I would never have eaten before when I was trying to diet (ie. PASTA). I love pasta so to have it back in my diet is great. You could give it a go, even just for a week and see how you like it. You don't have to sign up to anything, you can just do it week to week.

Nat, I am on the lunches and dinners, 1500 calorie programme and I don't get hungry.

I am eating more than I did before. In the lunch there is usually something that you can save for an afternoon snack, like an apple and a piece of fruitbread or cheese and crackers. I have this at about 3pm and then I have my dinner at 7pm.

There have been a couple of days when I have said that I am hungry, but I have noticed that this is in the weekends when DP is home. I think its 'habit' more than hunger.

On those days I usually have a frozen fruit juice iceblock.

I have cheated once, I made a cake and I gutsed the icing, because I am so used to doing that, I sort of forgot rather than purposely cheated, lol

I've been on it for two weeks and I dont' get hungry :)

The first couple of days I was on it I did but only because I was used to eating literally all day long and I was eating alot of junk. I'm breastfeeding and it makes me really hungry.
After a few days my body adjusted to eating at regular times through the day and I haven't been hungry since.
I've lost 2kg so far and I'm really happy with it. It's super convenient and really easy to stick to. Just go to the fridge, pull out food, and EAT. My kinda diet :D

I have been on it for almost 10 weeks and am stopping it this week, mainly due to financial reasons as DH is also doing it. I have lost 8.5kg, but have found lately I have been a bit picky again, I am not hungry, just a habit I guess, plus we also had a few things on where I have had to forgo the Lite n Easy and it was hard to get back on track. I have not finished with the weight loss yet, I just think I am at a bit of a plateau.

Do I get hungry? No, not really.

Occassionally I do feel mildly hungry, but all I do is have a sip or two of milk (low-fat of course!) or a glass of water and I'm fine again.

I'm on the 1200 Calorie plan, and only doing it 5 days a week (because I'm too poor to do it the full 7 days... and plus this way, I can still have a low-fat home-cooked meal if I please). On the 2 days that I'm NOT doing LNE, I still eat a LNE-type menu anyway.

I think the best thing is that you eat regularly... so you don't really have an opportunity to feel starving any therefore pig out on whatever you can get your mits on. It's also really good quality food.
