Hello, Im after some personal recomendations for Doulas in Adelaide. I know you can find a couple listed on this web site and I guess if you Google them but I was after a more personal referal.
Has anyone used a doula for their birth or is currently seeing a great one?
If you know someone who is a Doula (or you are yourself) and would like to tell me a bit about yourself that is fine also.
I am in the northern suburbs but am looking at either Ashford or NECH for the birth (probably Ashford). I will have an Ob of course but am after a Doula... well.. because I expect my DH to be useless during the birth :rolleyes: so want some support - someone who will rub my back or feet, light some burning oils, ensure the music is on, etc etc, or whatever it takes to keep me reasonably happy and not totally scared witless!
