Hi

I have been looking for sports for my son to participate in this year (he turns 5 in September). But apart from the possibility of soccer, there doesn't seem to be anything for 'Under 5s'. I can see that Rugby League has Under 6 competition. Does anyone know of or has a son who plays in sports who is my son's age and knows of sports that he could participate in? My ex has him in swimming lessons on Saturday mornings and I have the kids from Sundays and was really looking forward to watching my son play this year. I am happy for him to play soccer, just finding out what days of the weekend they play first, but was wondering what else is around.

Hi Geoff,

Have you checked out the new Bub Hub 'Kid Grid'?

Click on this link (http://www.bubhub.com.au/kidgridactivitiesdirectory.shtml) - it might give you some more ideas.

Thanks for the info girls. Will look at the links you sent me. I'm told by the Rugby league that he can still play in the Under 6s, but I'm guessing he'd be a tad small, although he does take after me...well muscled, good looking, big for his age etc...well, maybe a slight exaggeration on me :), but he's a pretty solid little kid. Thanks again.
