Chlo-Bo's Mummy

Hi all,
My DD has just turned 1 and it has always been my plan to start looking after my health and fitness again at her birthday, so now I have no more excuses. I am finding it very hard to keep focused and to get enough exercise when I am at home. It's so sad but I really don't feel safe enough to go for walks on my own, you can't trust anyone anymore and stray dogs would really scare me!
I don't feel very over weight, but I am noticing how unfit I am more and more, and I know my eating habits definatly need improving! Although I am eating better since my little one started on solids.
I know that I will be more focused if I am getting out of the house and going to a gym or weightloss group of some kind. I was a gym member afew years ago, and it worked really well for me but I have some issues with using day care as my DD hasnt been yet. I have heard alot about weight watches and lite'n'easy and these programs but I now that we are on one income I'm sure I will feel guilty spending large amounts on these programs, or a gym membership.
I'd just like some advice or hear about ways people have stayed motivated. I live in the Logan area in Brisbane, if there are any groups of ladies who go out and exercise I would love to join you.
Thanks guys!!!
