Hi everyone

I have a son whom we named Jake ( just jake, not jacob) and i was curious to know what you thought of having another boy Jackson. If he got Jack, it would be very similar, but i thought if we spelt it Jaxon?

Id be interested to know what you thought!!

I really like the name Jackson. Just bear in mind that if you made it 'Jaxon', people would still write it as 'Jackson' and he would be forever correcting people. People may also call him 'wacko jacko' which wouldnt be nice, and you would end up having Jack and Jake, as people would shorten it and maybe call them Jack and Jill :D

But I do like the name!

Personally I think it would be all too confusing (but then again I get confused rather easily ;) ) for everyone including the boys.

Jaxon is a lovely name though

Love Jaxon, it could be shortened to Jax. Very cool. :cool:

Walk around and practice saying it for a while. Imagine that they are both in the fridge playing with the eggs :eek: and you yell it out together. U could get them mixed up a bit.

You're the one who has to say it a billion times so if you like it go for it! :D

I love Jaxon as its my godsons name and it suits him so well. Most of the time we call him 'Jax' and I think its a very cool nick name! :D

Hi, I love both names but I agree with Bonnie77 - try saying both names out loud together as if you were telling them off, would be a little too confusing for me but if you like it go for it!

My friend just called her son Jaxon, but he gets called Jax.

Jake and Jax isn't so close!

I've known a Jaxson but never a Jaxon, I like the spelling :)

Jake and Jack are a bit close, but Jake and Jax aren't :)

If DD2 was a boy we were going to call him Jaxon, with Jax for the nickname! I love it. :D

Like Seekrit said, Jake & Jack are too close, but Jake & Jax are totally different!
