Hello ladies, I hope you are all well today.
I have an embarrasing question....Have you noticed that you poo more when you increase your exercise?
Sorry but I was an every second day girl..now I'm on the loo for number two's 3 times a day!!!

Anyone else or am i odd?:detective:

It's suppose to increase regularity and if you are drinking more water it will be contributing. It may take a couple of weeks for your body to accept the change. But it's healthy. Make sure you increase fibre in your diet and you will be effectively ridding your body of toxins. Eat wholegrain breads, brown rice etc.:thumbsup:

Very normal. The exercise will be helping all your organs work properly.

Exercise increases your metabolic rate thus moving food through the digestive tract quicker???

Dont worry, it may just be normal for you. As long as the poo looks okay and there are no abnormal symptoms e.g. blood, fatty stuff.

It will slow down but exercise is one of the most effective ways to relieve constipation (with water of course!) Maybe you were just 'backed up' a bit :laughing:

Yep, very normal. Movement and exercise is, apart from breathing exercises, one of the best ways to stimulate the lymphatic system, which is responsible for eliminating toxins from the body.

I was told by my personal trainer, your very healthy if you go at least once or 2 twice, for some 3 times daily :eek:

The more excercise you do, the more your lower intestines are working flushing waste from your body
