mood swings...

Has anyone been experiencing intense mood swings? I've spent most of today in tears and when my husband tried to talk to me about what I was so upset about...it just seemed as if I were upset about.....everything. The world, my life, the baby, people, the weather...
I was inconsolable.

It's a bit scary...
Especially since when i'm not in tears I'm incredibly happy.
Feel as if I have manic-depression except the mood swings happen so many times in a day.

Am very tired from all the tears. Going to bed now.

I get very emotional about little things too. I think its just a crazy hormonal thing.

I have had a few cries this time around!! I get very emotional with anything that is sad to the point I was reading a magazine and I cried hysterical for about 30mns, it was about a mother that in a few seconds lost her hubby and 1 of her daughters. Not even their fault!!

It's hormonal. But if it gets too much you should see your doctor. Just be kind to yourself, rest and don't get too stressed out about feeling bad. Ride it out...

Thanks for the reassurance...
Today i'm ok again.
I think the heat was really taking it out of me.
A couple of cool days before another heat wave.

Have to invest in air conditioning.
