Part time Nanny?

Hi,

I have to return to work part time as of Janurary. We are looking for a nanny for around 3 days per week. Does anyone know of someone who is looking for such work, or have a recommendation? We are obviously nervous advertising for a nanny, and any advise or recommendation would be much apprecaited. Our #1 priority is to find someone we "click" with, who is kind and responsible and who really loves babies. We live inner city, are flexible with hours and our DS will be 3 months in Janurary.

Have you found a nanny yet?
I live in chisholm and have a 14 month old boy. I am thinking about starting family day care next year as i am TTC#2 and i dont think that my current job will allow for me to stay being pregnant. But i would be interested if it was a long term thing.

For three days a week how much are you looking at paying and waht days were you wanting?
